I love this dress. The colors. The elastic waist. The detailed ruffles on the bottom and slit. The tiny halter straps…it is an easy dress to throw on and look good. I’ve worn it to baby showers, plays, and weddings and ALWAYS get compliments! It is in excellent used condition!
