Express high waist pencil skirt size 00

This is a vintage (late 90's) pencil skirt from Express. Rich Gray color. The high/ natural waist gets thicker in the middle with cool design detailing in front and a buckle detail in the back. Invisible left side zipper. Has plenty of stretch and is fully lined. Well tailored. I love this piece, but it is just a bit big on me. waist: 13" hips: 16 1/2" length: 20 1/2"
