Express high waisted floral shorts.

Beautiful floral high waisted paperbag shorts with belt. Dressy material, but still can be dressed up or down. Looks great with heels, flats, sneakers even boots. Size 6 but fits like a small. I tipically wear size 4 in express jeans and this shorts fit great.
