Express hi-low dress

Beautiful chiffon like dress. Cream with black front and shiny silver belt. (Belt does have little scratches that would not be noticeable when wearing) Low cute front. Midi length in front and long in back. Bought a few dresses for a wedding and got lost in my closet and never returned. Unfortunately no longer my size. Smoke/pet free home.
