Brand-new with tags size small light pink dress by express, it’s satin and silky lining with a semi satin top. Elastic waist, sash tie really pretty summery dress it just didn’t look good on me. From armpit to armpit it measures about 17 inches and from the neck to the shortest part of the hem is about 33 inches longest part of the hem is 42 inches
