Express brand long flowy skirt with outer sheer layer with flowered print and inner solid black lining. 100% polyester. Size 5/6 but a bit larger than that, more equivalent to a Medium. Waist circumference 29 inches, length 37 inches. Thin waistband is elasticized in the back but not the front. Zipper closure in back.
