Express mesh top/dress (depending on height!)

Like new and only worn once! A rich royal blue with baby blue tinsel throughout, it has a cute scoop neck line and banded bottom to give it a little shape. Size marked md fits true to size I’d say. I was just to short waisted to make the look work in my opinion.
