Express mini dress

This is an adorable dress by Express in a size 8. The color is turquoise with a royal blue trim detail around the bottom front of the dress. It has a zipper closure on the side with eyelet hook. The pictures do not do it justice, this dress is a must have. Only wore once for a few hours, no imperfections.
