Express navy blue silk halter top with pleated detailing across the front and a ribbon to tie it up with. It has an elastic band around the bottom to keep it in place. The length of the front of the top is 18.5” and the back is 16”. The length across the back is 19”. I couldn’t measure the front because of the pleated front. It has a lot of stretch. It is a beautiful shiny deep navy blue. It is in like new condition.
