Express one shoulder ruffle navy blue dress

Really fun, cute navy blue dress. Flattering style. Runs a little small in my opinion, would fit a size 2 perfectly but I’m between a 2-4 and it wasn’t too tight or short. (I’m 5’4”) Only worn twice. In great condition aside from a little makeup on the inner adhesive strip at the top (see pic). Could likely be cleaned off.
