Express paradise fire mini dress

This is a beautiful orange and red cocktail or vacation dress. The brand is express. It ties around the neck with what looks to be possibly leather cord. But I’m not sure. I added the jewel! It’s a glass part that has a flower that matches the dress perfectly and looks gorgeous in the peekaboo hole. It has a light brown liner in pink. So technically this is one of a kind with the special glass jewel Which is removable.
