Express pencil skirt stretchy and flattering

It is hard to describe the weight, comfort, and texture of this skirt — much more “luxurious”-feeling than other Express pieces I’ve owned. Waist is 14” unstretched, length is ~25”, and the wide “hips” measure 17” across. Like new! — I love this but never got to wear it. I hope you find lots of occasions to enjoy it.
