Express purple dress Size 12

Pretty little Express dress in light purple. The skirt is lined & has pockets! The back is really cute w/a tie & cut out at the low back. Measurements taken flat: Bust is 20” but is adjustable because of the tie in the back, it has a high waist that is elastic in the back & the length is approx. 35”. I’m 5’5” & it falls about four inches above my knees. Bought this dress from another Posher for myself but I didn’t like the way it looked on me. Looks brand new, no flaws.
