Express satin mini dress

New with tags. This could be worn as a mini dress or a tunic shirt/blouse, depending on your height (I’m 5’11 and I probably would have worn it with thicker tights or leggings underneath). Beautiful deep emerald/teal color, would be great for the holidays. It is a wrap style, but actually has quite a bit of overlap (see pics) so that the front of it is actually two layers (great coverage). Square neck. Elastic cuffs. Tie/elastic waist.
