Express sequin dress

This pink sequin dress is brand new with tags never worn. It’s a wrap dress so the inside layer ties and outside layer ties with a silk ribbon. The size on the dress says extra small but the tag says medium. It fits more like a medium. It didn’t fit me because I’m bigger chested dd top. I can send measurements to those who are interested.
