Express sequined cut out shoulder dress

Super cute body-con, shoulder cut-out, sequined dress by Express. I wore this dress once for a party I went to. Unfortunately it’s too big on me now and I never wear it. Size small and fits true to size. Very comfortable and great for New Year’s Eve parties!
