Express short sleeve dress

Express short sleeve business casual champagne dress. Used maybe 2-3 times. There’s a small bleach stain form when I used to work in the salon and wore it. That’s why I’m selling it so cheap also. I still wore it after since it’s not so noticeable. Very comfortable and able to wear for a few different occasions!
