Express cocktail dress in silk with a chiffon overlay skirt and a fitted bodice with empire waist. Wide shoulder straps. Fully lined. Size XS. This dress is in very good pre owned condition with minimal signs of wear and no apparent flaws. Approximate measurements: pit to pit 13 3/4" across empire waist 13" length from shoulder strap 33 1/2"
