Express size 4 dress new with tags. The dress size runs bigger than a typical size 4. The top is stretchy with a stretchy waistband. There is a lining along the inside the bottom of the dress. There is a zipper below the right arm pit, it does not go the length of the top of the dress. The bodice is 57% cotton, 38% modal and 5% spandex. The skirt is 61% polyester, 34% rayon and 5% spandex. The lining is 95% polyester and 5% spandex.
