Express size 8 skirt

This express skirt is so cute with the adorable embroidery! I wore it all last summer but I gained some weight so it’s a little small on me! I cannot just give this away so I decided to sell it on Poshmark! It is 12 inches long and a true size 8, about 33 inches around the hip!
