Express size Medium White Fitted Dress with Waist Tie

Medium white short sleeved dress from Express with sewn-on tie for the waist. Length is somewhere between just above the knee and mid-thigh. Fabric is 95% polyester 5% spandex. The built-in liner/slip is 100% polyester. I have had this dress for years and don’t recall ever wearing it. I got it before medical school for clinic and ended up not needing it (yay scrubs). The tags have been removed though and I did wash it after purchasing it.
