Express sleeveless dress

The kind of versatile dress you can do anything with…tights, boots and denim jacket, or blazer, scarf and heels. Has a seam at the empire waistline and flattering vertical seams in the back. Hardly wrinkles, is rayon, polyester and spandex. I’m 5’6”, 125 lbs and the petite size just doesn’t work for me. Length 38.5” Armpit to armpit 17”
