Express slip dress 100% Silk

Beautiful, timeless, royal blue 100% silk slip dress from Express. Worn once. Cream lace detailing at top and bottom. Size small but could possibly fit a medium. One spot with a few, itty bitty tiny holes...no clue how they got there. Price adjusted for this reason. Never noticed them and not noticeable but thought I should mention - see 4th pic.
