Express small navy tie dye detail leggings.

They are so cute! Navy cotton with spandex leggings. They’re thick I truly love them but I am no longer this size. I would say they’re great for a 4/6 or even an 8! They’re not comparable with almost small sized clothing. I would mark these as a medium for sure.
