Express strapless dress

This dress is so adorable! Just in time for spring and summer too! It’s a beautiful pastel color and only been worn once. There are no rips, tears, stains, snags, or holes. It’s in perfect condition! The top of the dress and waste are elastic and it’s perfect to wear with or without a jacket or a you can put a belt around the waist if you would like. I modeled it with a pair of heels but you can wear wedges or with any shoes you want to style it with. From the top of the dress to the bottom is 28 inches which I’ve included in the pictures.
