Express strappy teal, navy, cream, and goldenrod geometric fit & flare dress

This is an Express extra small fit & flare dress circa 2007-9. Worn a couple of times. The photos show that some of the navy color has bled a little over the years while in storage. It's a v-neck/low cut with adjustable straps and navy satin waistband and hem. Geometric design in teal, navy, cream, and goldenrod. See tags for care.
