Express top

I really adore this top. I feel it’s hard to find tops to go out in or that have a cute pattern. It’s a V neck on the front and back with amazing ruffle from the chest line all the way up to the shoulders and down the back. It has that scrunch material that is so flattering around the waste. I love that no bra is needed either. The brand is express! It’s been worn twice and still in great condition.
