Express top

Beige top from Express- size S. It has some army green designs. It has a ruffle in the front. The straps are chains. I did make the chain shorter on both sides since I don't have a big bust but that can easily be cut off. It's just held together by joining two of the chains with some thread (see picture). It is very flattering.
