Express velvet lbd with tie up cross cross neck

Super cute lbd. velvet and has a silver detail tie up cross cross neck. Size 4 - I’m 5’8 and usually a small/medium for reference. :) I’m not sure on the original price, but I found a similar express dress for $70. it’s in great condition and was worn less than a handful of times.
