Express velveteen blouse burgundy maroon vintage 1996 size medium shirt

This is an beautiful velveteen velvet blouse from the express collection late 1990 , and it has been stored un a smoke free closet no smell or fading for 30 years It is in excellent condition only worn once to a holiday party. It says dry clean but I feel sure that you may gently hand wash in cold water as the materials on the label show. There would be no spotting so you can gently clean off stains it is velveteen not velvet.
