@rdperkins it is a polyester fabric with a slip lining underneath as well.
Measurements: (all taken with garment lying flat)
Shoulder to hem: 32in
Bust: 31in
Waist 29in (this is a tailored waist and then bottom of dress is flowy)
Sweep: 56in
For reference I am a little under 5’5” and have an athletic build and it fits beautifully! It’s a great dress this fits well and with the flowy sweep it is so flattering and doesn’t just sit tight on the body
