Express, womens poncho, one size fits most, a beautiful color blend of grays, black and white. This is a great layer for cooler weather, as it is a bit heavier fabric with a cool stitch pattern. It's also REVERSIBLE! Yay. There is no tag. I removed it. I did buy in Express Times Square. And I'm NOT a big poncho person...so...here we are.
