Express y2k lace strap chiffon dress/top

Oldie but a goodie. fabric has a silver thread and os like a chiffon type material. The waist is empire outlined with lace. There is a criss cross with the lace straps. side zipper This piece has some flaws as noted in the pictures loose threads, a hole on the side, and signs of wear in the underarm area but no yellow stains. This is item is a blouse but used solely as a dress paired with white short shorts.
