Express High Waisted Pencil Skirt

Black and white printed cotton skirt with slit on the side from Express. Worn below a handful of times. Pair it with a simple black body suit or crop top and sandals. Waist measures approx 12.5” across which is about 25” all the way around. Also has elastic stretch on the back waist to add more room if need be.
