Express Red Dress Size Small Petite

Cute little flowy red dress from Express. Scoop neckline with oversized short sleeves (almost sleeveless) and a tie around the middle to help cinch a bit and make it more flattering. The top part of the neckline is transparent to add to the dress’ aesthetic. Bottom of the dress has a transparent stripe detail and has an asymmetrical hem. In good condition with a few very minor and not noticeable flaws—some slight pulling at the top right of the dress and a little wear in the front of the dress (last two pictures). Size small petite.
