sdcaligirl2013 @kdbgatewood1992 hi, so the fabric is 80 percent rayon, 10 percent mohair and 10 percent wool. No elastic in waist band. The front pants have three darts in front and two in back to make small pleats on each side and the pants have a crease down each leg front and back. Hope this helps!
