This is a lovely, romantic, tea length dress by French designer Thierry Colson. Called the Yolande dress. It is a size large (measurements below) and is a beautiful cornflower blue. 100% cotton, made in India. It is new, with tags, but does have a little flaw at the base of the back zipper - see photos. Beautiful wide, low neckline. Waist sits slightly high for a flattering Empire look. The low scoop neck has layered scallops. Beautiful detail on the sleeves and on the back. From the waist, the skirt falls 38”. The high waist is 16” across. Sleeves fall to the elbow. Zip closure, secured with hook/eye at the top. Fully lined. Never worn. As mentioned, slight flaw at the base of the zipper which can likely be mended, if desired.
