Exquisite Vintage Rare Brass,Bronze, Rhinestone Brooch Signed

Vintage Signed brooch composed of brass, some brushed and some glossy, with rhinestone accents. Also, on the bottom pendulum piece, those larger insets that appear to be stones are bronze. At least, I believe it to be bronze. It does not attract a magnet, the same as brass,so it could be a darkened shiny brass as well. It appears to be heavy, but that is not the case. The design is magnificent! If I can ever decipher the signature mark, I will be sure to edit the listing. Notice, also, that the center piece between the attachment segment and the pendulum is flexible. How very unique. I have held off on listing this beloved piece until I could be certain of the manufacturer, but I don't believe that will occur.
