Extra Full A-line Petticoat Crinoline

Hoopless. Waist 24”-46” (adjustable). Overall length 40”. Actual height 38”. Dry cleaned. High quality extra full A-line crinoline. Top layer is made of smooth polyester hemmed with a lace trim. Second layer is 25" tulle ruffles attached to the under layer for extra fullness. Under layer is a smooth polyester lining which prevents the tulle from scratching against your skin. Flat waist closure is made by elastic band with adjustable hook to avoid the bulging & bunching around the waist
