ilovejuliesjems @nancyvanloon51 So how do I chage without pringing a label? I just sodl a heavy ottoman and she paid for the extra label. Dono't I have to shipping something for the $8 label?

nancyvanloon51 @ilovejuliesjems, okay, I've not actually had to do this yet. But she purchased the extra label, correct? I normally would package it up and take it to the post office. Then they weigh it, scan my QR code, print the label, put it on the box, and it's shipped out. You won't be charged as long as she purchases the additional shipping label. Does that make sense?

ilovejuliesjems @nancyvanloon51 I only ship from home. I sell on other sites. I have a Carrier pickup here everyday. I don't ever go to the PO. I understood that if you print a label, something has to be shipped. Therefore, it would be 2 different shippiing labels for one item.

ilovejuliesjems @nancyvanloon51 So, I still do not understand. Every listing generates a shipping label. I guess you are saying you would add an additional amount of money to the price of an item? Not sure how this would work. I just sold a Juicy Ottoman and the shipping cost for a heavy item this weight, was an additional $22.50. I had to eat that cost. Every seller has to request a heavier label for items weighing over 5 lbs. This is charged to the seller.

nancyvanloon51 @ilovejuliesjems. I've not actually had this problem. I don't sell anything that actually weighs much. what I was trying to explain in the shipping label was when they purchased an additional item that label would go on the same box as the original label. It doesn't seem right that you have to pay all that extra shipping . At that point, I wouldn't sell anything that weighed a lot,lol. 💖😊
