ninja64 @peacelovejoy73 here are some additional pics. I'm showing also the deep on seam pockets and the closure mechanism which enables the jacket to stay closed. There are three of these hooks that are hidden when the jacket is fastened. There is also a tie inside that allows you to secure the fit before fastening the coat. There is a belt. With those belt loops that are like a string. One is broken. I never used those and just tied the belt around my waist. These could be trimmed off.

peacelovejoy73 Thank you:) that is all very helpful. I do still need measurements in order to decide. Bust across waist across and hips it's fine if you measure laying flat one side. I will double measurement and see if it will fit... thank you so much.Thank you for Better pics it's such a beautiful coat!

ninja64 @peacelovejoy73 it is hard to measure but laying it flat with the coat closed as shown on the mannequin from pit to pit is 22.5". About 21" across at the waist based on where the inside tie is to allow adjustment bigger or smaller at the waist. I had it adjusted to fit me and I'm a size 12. The hip across is about 24"

ninja64 @peacelovejoy73 hopefully you got this msg about the measurements yesterday. Due to the style, it was a bit cumbersome to measure, but as I was saying that tie on the inside will allow you to make the coat fit smaller around the waist a good amount, it could also go a little bigger too. I am about to go to the post office to mail another posh item that has just sold. Let me know if you want to proceed.

wwest1635 Can this be worn without a belt and I’d it relaxed fit? Or is is the coat gathered under the belt?!

ninja64 @wwest1635 you can wear it without the belt. Whether it is relaxed fit depends on your size and silhouette I think. it is hard to measure but laying it flat with the coat closed as shown on the mannequin from pit to pit is 22.5". ninja64 @wwest1635 I'm tall and my bust measurement is about 40" and the coat fits me. I am a Misses size 12. hope this helps.

wwest1635 @ninja64 - I forgot you had 2 listings, lol. One last ting, what are the belt loops? Are they fur? I want to wear it not tied. Could you pls take a pic with the belt off for me? I think this is a coat I almost bought years ago at Macy’s..are the belt loops string? And if possible could you take a pic of the shape of the coat mins the belt?

ninja64 @wwest1635 I just posted more photos and details under separate listing. The belt loops were just strings which are no longer fully attached so I cut them off. This way the wearer can place the belt at whatever height suits them or wear without belt. The coat is a hidden wrap style and I think it has more of a trench silhouette but it is wider at the bottom thAn at the shoulder
