alreakayy Around the chest and waist is where it's loose on me because the bottom is meant to flare out. I'm usually a size 2-4 depending on where I go. @logangail

alreakayy @calliewoller so it doesn't really have an exact stop where the waistline would go, so I measured from the top of the front (highest point right where he strap starts) to the bottom. It's about 22.5inches. The straps are adjustable too.
