Extra small small upcycled ice cream cone full skirt, vintage retro reproduction

we started with a vintage reproduction half circle skirt and added the sweetest ice cream cone applique! there is even a little red button sewn on top as a cherry. The skirt pattern is blue and white stripe. the songs in the skirt says medium but this fits more like an extra small or small with an elastic and drawstring waist. The front is faux button down. This definitely adds to the cuteness. Un-stretched the waist is 24 in, it will fit up too 31 in comfortably. The length is 21 in. This is in excellent gently worn condition.
