Extremely cute shirt from Wet Seal.

Beautiful colors, cut out shoulders (see pic 4), elastic bottom makes it have a ruffled effect. Never worn. Was too small when I bought it, I thought I cld make it work. Bought a similar one in a med. which fits great and I love. But I liked this design and the materials better, unfortunately it doesn't work on me 😟 My loss is ur gain !! Just in time for summer !! (NWOT). Purse and shoes r not included. Jeans r 4sale in another listing !!
