Extremely well loved Tan Uggs

Any miracle workers out there? EXTREMELY loved tan mid calf uggs. In serious need of some TLC. There is a hole in the big toe area of the right boot and a smaller one near the pinky toe area. The lining on the inside of the boot is in decent condition. I would hate to just toss these. Maybe one of you knows Someone who can make these wearable again 😋
