Eyelash Couture popover chiffon top large

Beautiful chiffon popover tunic with blouson sleeves (elastic at cuffs), a waist seam in back with fluttering peplum back, keyhole back opening, and black velvet piping. Really so pretty, and in perfect condition. (I wish it still fit!)
