Eyelash high low top

It has a cream lace trim and a floral design. It is a flowy high low type top, with ruffled tiers in the back (see photos) and it ties in the back for a more fitting look! It's super cute! It's a junior top, purchased from Kohls. It's new without tags. One of those times when you take the tag off before you try it on😁
