New with tags, eyelet upper body and the bottom is stretchy polyester spandex, does have pockets, ties in the back so it won’t slip off yourshoulder, very soft fabric. The length from the shoulder to the bottom of the dress is 32 inches. The pit to pit from the seam is about 18 inches. The empire waist stretches to about 17 inches comfortably.
