Eyeshadow White and Black Polka Dotted Short Sleeve Blouse

Eyeshadow white/off-white short sleeve blouse with black polka dots. Sleeves and sides (at the bottom) are ruched. Super cute for a vintage look! Size small. Has been worn several times but in great condition. There is some minor pilling only visible close up.
