This dress is super cute! It goes to about mid-thigh so it’s not too short, and it hugs curves very well! It’s off the shoulder, and comes with a tie that you can tie around your neck. Worn a few times, but is in essentially new condition! Beautiful black with blue, yellow, red/pink florals! Buttons on the front are a super cute detail.
